Which businesses are on LondonPerks?

We have a mix of restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, coffee shops, entertainment and more. To view all of the businesses we have listed please visit the explore page.

Does it cost to join?

We charge a small fee for membership, this covers all the costs of running LondonPerks such as the website, the upkeep, time spent getting businesses onboard, advertising for new members etc. This is currently set at £24/year which is just £2 a month.

How do I redeem a perk?

Most of our perks are redeemable when you’re in the business itself, whether at a restaurant or in a shop. To redeem these you’ll need to show your digital membership card to the staff. We recommend that you do this when you arrive so they are aware you’ll be using it (this also makes sure that it will be used during a valid time if any terms apply).

We do have some perks which are from online businesses, these can typically be redeemed using a discount code which you’ll find on the partner page on our website.

Can I join and pay monthly?

Currently we only have a yearly membership, we do this as payment processors take a % fee of each payment plus a transaction fee, meaning LondonPerks get a much smaller overall percent of your payment, meaning we’d have to increase the price to you. 

Do you just list independents?

The simple answer is yes. We are all about supporting small businesses and so we make sure we work with independents, these might be single market stalls or small chains which are independently owned (at least 50% owned by the founder/s)

I want to add my business, how do I do it?

How many people can I get a discount for?

Please check each individual business page on our site for terms of their discount. Some will allow the discount for as many people as you like where as others may have a restriction. 

How do I manage or cancel my membership?

We give you full control of your membership, if you’d like to cancel it you can do at anytime in your ‘My Account’ section. Your membership will then not auto-renew when it comes to the renewal date. 

How do I recommend you to a friend or business?

We’d be honoured if you’d like to recommend us to either a friend or to a business to join us. 

To refer a friend simply head across to this page

To refer a business to us, simply tell them to head over to our partner page and to mention you on the form as to how they heard about us. 

Can I gift a membership to someone?

Yes, we’re currently just making a section of our site for this, but in the meantime if you email us requesting this we can do this for you over email.
